Thomas River Conservancy participation indemnity

I acknowledge that mountain biking and trail running are potentially dangerous activities. I agree to follow the event rules, instructions and marked routes, and to participate within my ability. I participate voluntarily and at my own risk. To the extent permitted by law, I indemnify and hold harmless Thomas River Conservancy, event organisers, landowners, sponsors, officials, volunteers and service providers against claims arising from my participation, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

I confirm that the information supplied is true and that I am medically fit to participate. If the competitor is under 18, acceptance must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
