- No helmet, no ride.
- Runners must carry their own water bottle.
- Runners should give way safely to cyclists on shared sections.
- Water points are provided on all routes.
Registration
- Friday 30 October: 16:00-20:00.
- Saturday 31 October: from 06:00.
- Collect your number and final race instructions before moving to the start.
Cut-off and withdrawal
- Course assistance ends at 14:00.
- Bail-out options are available on longer routes.
- Report any withdrawal, route change or downgrade to the timing team so it can be recorded.
Emergency procedure
- The event emergency number will be displayed at registration and on race information.
- Give clear details: who, what, where and when.
- Use route markers or nearby landmarks to describe your location.
Prize-giving and mealsPrize-giving is planned before 14:00, subject to category completion and attendance. Pre-book the meal tickets you require and stay for the lucky draws and country hospitality.
